The #4 seed Trinity Trailblazers met #1 seed Veritas Friday night with the opportunity to play in the championship game on Saturday. Veritas was too much for Trinity from the opening tip off and led comfortably throughout. Jake Doorley, of Veritas, scored a game high 20 points, matching Trinity's total game score. Trinity's young squad of mostly underclassmen struggled against the senior-heavy undefeated Veritas team and the final score showed it.
The loss pits #4 Trinity vs. #3 Bergen Christian on Saturday. The two teams split the regular season with both winning on their home court.
